In the series In Search of the Seam, outlines of spaces and pattern pieces seem to spin endlessly around themselves, landing overlapped, unresolved and unsettled. Rendered in blueprint-like lines and annotated through a visual language of motifs, textures, and thread, these forms—drawn from clothing that no longer fits and homes once inhabited—intersect, rotate, and press uneasily against one another. They speak to the discomfort of fitting in, growing out of, and navigating shifting roles, spaces, and bodies.
